Text:
Walking thru empty verticals I cherish the peopleness of words
The city versus me

This is a truncated version of a longer poem. It had been a while since I had woven,
and I used cheaper and heavier thread. I don't like how this feels, physically. And I miss
the rest of the words of the poem. I wove it while I was at my parents' house helping out after my Mom had a stroke. You can see I had a hard time starting the belt;
it took a while for me to get back the weaving rhythm. And I wasn't really paying attention
to the work.
